PROJECT

The Lake District is an upscale 162-acre mixed use community surrounding a 10-acre lake and waterways. Designed as an Urban Village, The Lake District is a walkable community with elegant water features, tree-lined parks, and inspiring architecture giving the sense of an established neighborhood with varying facades and roof lines. Intelligent design will leave a distinctive imprint on the regions for-sale residential market. Special attention is given to public spaces while parking structures eliminate extensive surface parking. LOCATION

Located in the affluent Lakeland Tennessee just outside the Memphis City Limits in Northeast Shelby County at I-40 and Canada Road. A new cloverleaf single point interchange at Canada Rd. is slated for completion early 2017 with direct ingress and egress to I-40. Average drive counts are 53,467 cars per day.

 

Additionally, the site is located with in the new outer road loop of Highway 385 and I-269 providing access to the entire regional community including West Tennessee and North Mississippi markets.

Notes

Greater Memphis is home to Fed-Ex and other major national distribution centers including Nike, Williams-Sonoma, numerous consumer electronics businesses, and the biomedical industry.
