The Lake District is a walkable, luxurious community threaded through five premier districts: the inline retail district, the Main Street district (chef-driven restaurants, cafes, curated retail), hotel district, pad sites & office district (75,000 sq. ft. of office space) and the residential district (age-restricted apartments, down-town style luxury apartments and custom single family homes). The Lake District will offer luxury living at its finest! 

Much of Phase one is already complete and we are working on parts of phase two currently.

We recommend visiting the official Lakeland, TN website. Lakeland is a thriving community complete with award winning schools. It is also a repeated Tree City USA award winner and designated Adventure Tourism District by the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development.

Looney Ricks Kiss Architects (LRK) is the lead architect creating the master plan for The Lake District and will provide guidelines to builders to assure the integrity and cache’ of The Lake District.
